Electronic Arts announced that it will be releasing Boogie Boogie for Wii on August 7, 2007. The Karaoke, singing and dancing game will feature music by Cyndi Lauper, The Jackson 5, Kool & The Gang, The Village People, M.C. Hammer and Britney Spears.
Alain Tascan, Vice President and General Manager, EA Montreal said: “We have assembled a great selection of music for the game that will appeal to players of all ages, making this dancing and karaoke game the ultimate party package for the entire family. Rosie O’Donnell posted a video montage called “True Colors” on her blog Friday morning. The movie includes photos from The View and clippings of Rosie. In the background you can hear Cyndi Lauper’s Sisters of Avalon, which includes the lyrics, “They brought her in in a new white dress - But the stain left an ache on her mother’s breast - Now all that’s left are the ghostly steps from a distant corridor.”
Cyndi participated in the 22nd Annual AIDS Walk in New York City opening ceremonies last weekend. The event also included the participation of Whoopi Goldberg, T.R. Knight from Grey’s Anatomy, Lance Bass from ‘N Sync.
The organizers say this was the most record setting and successful walk ever. Over 45,000 walkers took part in the event and raised over of $6.8 millions.
SIRIUS Satellite Radio has revealed today that it will be the exclusive radio partner with national coverage of the first annual True Colors Tour!
SIRIUS OutQ, their radio station dedicated to the Gay and Lesbian community, is going to broadcast a on-air campaign starting May 2007 to help spread the message of True Colors 2007.
Expect continued coverave starting before the tour and through its conclusion. They will feature interviews and specials with artists, activists, organizers and community leaders. And they will broadcast the True Colors concert recorded from New York’s Radio City Music Hall.

Canadian press has announced Cyndi’s True Colors concert at the Toronto Pride Week festivities on June 19th at the Molson Amphitheatre. This will be Cyndi’s only Canadian stop on her North American tour so don’t miss the chance to be there in person.
