Cyndi’s music to be included in Boogie Wii videogame

Electronic Arts announced that it will be releasing Boogie Boogie for Wii on August 7, 2007. The Karaoke, singing and dancing game will feature music by Cyndi Lauper, The Jackson 5, Kool & The Gang, The Village People, M.C. Hammer and Britney Spears.

Alain Tascan, Vice President and General Manager, EA Montreal said: “We have assembled a great selection of music for the game that will appeal to players of all ages, making this dancing and karaoke game the ultimate party package for the entire family. Boogie will give players something new to enjoy as well as share with their friends and family.”

Cyndi performs new song on Whoopi’s talk show

Whoopie Goldberg show Cyndi appeared on Wake Up With Whoopi on June 1st.

Cyndi was interviewed by Whoopi and said that the new album will definitely come out next year and that she will be singing some rarely heard oldies on her tour, including “The Goonies” song.

But the best part of the show was Cyndi’s performance of her new song “Set Your Heart”.
